We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only. We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction due to user error or misuse. MerchantWorld Loyalty Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs change and users may wish to discontinue services. Merchants may cancel their subscription to MerchantWorld Loyalty at any time through their admin dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations. All customer data stored on the platform will remain accessible for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it will be securely deleted. We recommend backing up your data before initiating cancellation. Please note that certain promotional offers may have minimum commitment terms, and early cancellation may result in forfeiture of discounts.
